Keegan Flaherty has joined the small staff team at Montana Innocence Project (MTIP) as our new Director of Operations.
Keegan comes to MTIP with a wealth of nonprofit experience. Most recently, she served as a philanthropic consultant for ALPS Foundation Services. She also serves in leadership roles for a number of other nonprofit boards and organizations, including Blue Mountain Clinic and the Social Justice Fund Northwest.
As Director of Operations, Keegan is a leading member of MTIP’s staff and responsible for administration and finance. MTIP is a statewide 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to exonerating the innocent and preventing wrongful convictions.
“We’re excited to welcome Keegan and to take our work to the next level,” says Executive Director Jessie McQuillan. “This strategic addition to our superb team will help MTIP keep pace with growing demand for our casework, education and public policy efforts statewide.”
Originally from Chanhassen, MN (but of Montana parents), Keegan has called Missoula home since 1999. She received her M.A. in Social Work from the University of Montana, and enjoys skiing, hiking, floating, and kickball in her spare time.
